Referrals welcome
Make a referral.
A simple next step toward practical, consistent support. We work with Allied Health Professionals, carers, support workers, families, and people using NDIS or TAC funding.
Let’s make the next step clearer.
Email Deb ↗Who can refer
There’s room for your perspective.
Professionals
Allied Health Professionals can refer a person who would benefit from more regular practice between appointments, connected to their existing goals and program.
Support teams
Carers and support workers are welcome to get in touch when they can see a useful opportunity for practical support in everyday routines.
Families & participants
Families, NDIS participants, and TAC participants can contact us directly to talk through what support could look like and who is already part of the team.
What happens next
A referral can start with a conversation.
1. Send an email
Email Deb with whatever context you can share. You do not need to have every detail ready before reaching out.
2. Talk it through
We’ll learn about the person, their goals, and their support team, then help clarify a suitable next step.
3. Keep support connected
Where appropriate, Allied Health Assistant support follows the guidance of the supervising Allied Health Professional.
Helpful to include
You might mention the person’s goals, current professionals, funding type, and preferred place for support.
